Global commitment, responsible management
We are part of the United Nations Global Compact and work to sustain management aligned with international standards.
We integrate sustainability into the way we manage, produce, innovate and build relationships with customers, employees, suppliers and the community. This commitment helps us organize concrete actions, communicate progress and strengthen a business culture based on continuous improvement.
An international framework for responsible action
The United Nations Global Compact is an international initiative that calls on companies to align their strategies and operations with universal principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. By being part of it, we adopt a global reference framework to guide decisions, strengthen processes and sustain transparent management.
Four areas that organize our commitment
The Global Compact principles connect day-to-day operations with international standards. This perspective helps strengthen internal culture, organize processes, promote environmental improvements and sustain more transparent relationships across the value chain.
We promote relationships based on respect, integrity and responsible treatment of people.
Responsible working conditions, capability development, safety and continuous improvement.
We work on resource management, waste reduction, circular economy and measurable impacts.
We sustain management based on transparency, compliance, business ethics and responsible commercial relationships.
How we bring commitment into management
The 2024 Sustainability Report brings together environmental, social and governance progress, indicators and initiatives. We use it as a management and communication tool to show what we do, how we evolve and which actions we continue to promote.
Recover, classify and create value again
During 2024, we promoted waste management and circular economy through the Exchange Plan. We recovered used equipment, classified materials and reduced final disposal as waste, strengthening a more responsible value chain.
Eight pillars for responsible management
We organize our actions into eight work pillars that connect culture, decent work, quality, knowledge, environment, value chain, service and community.
